Tulip

We just don't understand how this girl could have been abandoned. She was found on the street by Rangers, Tulip was advertised on the local radio and her owner did not come to claim her, she is now with her foster carer who says she is a wonderful dog, walks well on her lead, affectionate, great with her carer's other dog, very loyal and loves to be by her carer's side no matter what!, we don't know her story, but we would hope that someone can give her a loving home, even though she is around 9 years old, she has alot of love and life to give, if you would like to see this girl through her twilight years???
