Meet Tessa! A small kelpie x girl who is only a year old. This little lady has outgrown her puppy stages now and has become a true delight to be around. She is a super quick learner, has an upbeat personality and is just so eager to please her new family when they find her!

Her cheerful personality has her Foster mum wondering if she isn't a kitten disguised as a dog! Tessa is the best smoocher, and has a very gentle manner. Despite her age and breed Tessa is a sensible young girl, suited to a moderately active family who will include her in outings and activities. She is happy to entertain herself with toys or fall asleep on your lap- she can be shy towards strangers but comes around quickly when she hears the rustle of a treat packet! Her kind personality helps her to blend easily, everyone who meets her loves her instantly!

She has been attending Doggy Daycare, where she makes friends with dogs of all sizes, becoming the 'popular' girl! Tessa has lived with chickens and cats too, from who she would rather keep her distance- a mixed family is fine for Tessa. Her favourite thing to do, apart from cuddle, is to play catch for her treats- that's her special talent!

Tessa has learned sit, paw, drop, stay, wait and is house trained- She takes to training easily and enjoys the mental stimulation, her potential is endless.
