About Lilly *On Trial in Her New Home*
*LILLY IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME* Sweet little Lilly is looking for a new home due to a change in her owners circumstances so we’ve promised we’ll find her a forever home who’ll spend time with her and never give her up; will it be with you?
Lilly is a friendly, energetic young dog who is very affectionate and loves being with you – she’s a real people dog. She has settled in well into foster care and has already mastered “sit” and is learning to “stay”. \ Lilly’s fave thing in the whole world would have to be a good game of “fetch” which she can play for hours; she’s a terrific little time waster and boy does she love the attention....and she’s eager to learn! Her carer says she’s great on the lead and enjoys getting out and about – she also likes to lie beside you on the couch while you watch tv at night; Lilly’s quite the character, she’s even a good mouser!! She doesn’t chew and is a good little watch dog but not in a yappy way. This loving little girl is good around adults as well as older children who she just wants to play with though we wouldn’t recommend her for toddlers as she could be a bit much for them when she’s excited. Lilly has had limited socialisation with other dogs in her previous life so her foster carer is helping her with this.

Gorgeous Lilly is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk or a run around the backyard to use up her energy – she’s not as “hypo” as some Jack Russell Terrier’s can be, and surprisingly doesn’t shed much hair though she’ll need the occasional bath to keep her coat in tip-top condition. Secure fencing, bones to chew on, toys to play with and lots of cuddles to help Lilly feel wanted and special will make her a very happy dog indeed!
As Lilly is house-trained and sleeps inside at night she would enjoy an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with her humans all to herself as that’s what she’s used to.
If you think you can give little Lilly the loving, secure home she so deserves then please download and complete a SARG Dog Application form by following this link: http://www.sarg.net.au/adoptapet.html
