Anchor

Anchor is one of the friendliest dogs we have had the pleasure of knowing. He will greet people with a big smile and tail that seems to be trying to wag itself free of his body. He is also very friendly and great with kids and other dogs (our dog loves him).

He is house trained and knows simple commands. We're working him not jumping up to say hello when you first arrive but he's getting much better. He is a bit of a 'talker' so you'll know when he's happy to see you or if he wants to play. He also loves a treat and he will respond well to some more training if you invest the time.

Anchor is an energetic boy but very gentle and needs at least one good walk a day. He was a bit of a zig-zagger on the lead when we first started fostering him and whilst he is getting much better he will need some more training to make him excellent in this department.

He is a very people focused dog and loves nothing more than to flop out near your feet or on top of you (if he can get away with it).

We love him so much already and we know that whoever ends up meeting him and welcoming him into their family will fall in love with him as quickly as we did.
