About Noah (On Trial 2/11/12)
Noah is a maltese approximately 9 years old. He gets along with other dogs, loves to lay in bed and give snuggles. He is toilet trained and travels well in the car.
Noah can be a fantastic little guard dog and is not a fan of cats. He is absolutely gorgeous and can be a little cheeky. He does not mind being left alone for short periods of time.
Noah is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside when the family are home and to sleep inside.
Noah has a low shedding coat which needs regular brushing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep him comfortable and beautiful.
For more information or to meet Noah please phone foster carer Christie on 0406 017 471 or 0404 380 999 (sorry no email). Noah is in foster care in Jesmond, NSW (Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Dog Rescue Newcastle www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Our $250 adoption fee covers the dog's de-sexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, micro-chipping, and lifetime registration. Your support allows us to continue saving homeless dogs.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID to prove you live there.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
