About Genevieve
Genevieve came to us very pregnant in February this year, in fact so pregnant, that she gave birth within 10 days of arriving here. She had a litter of 5 kittens, 2 of which died during their first 2-3 weeks of life but the others have survived and grown into beautiful young cats. They are also trying to find homes and are known as the G-team. Genevieve loves to be patted and stroked. She likes being picked up too but usually not for long. She was found by an elderly lady who was worried that if she had the kittens at her place she would be able to feed them and give them the attention they need. Also as she used a walker she was frightened the cat might get underfoot and she may fall. Genevieve has been, wormed, flead, chipped, vaccinated and de-sexed all ready for her new home
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
