About Milly (On Trial 11/12/12)
Milly is a 1 year old Whippet X. She is a great companion, loving and very obedient. She is great around children. She isn't suited for a family with other dogs because she likes all the lovin' for herself.
High fences are needed because she is a good jumper. Milly enjoys a daily walk and being inside, and part of the family. She is housetrained.
Milly has always been well cared for and is a much loved family pet, but her owners can no longer keep her.
Milly is a very loyal dog who will be a very loving friend and companion.
For more information or to meet Milly please phone Debbie on 0423 735 139 or 02 4945 1348. Milly is in Newcastle, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Milly's $300 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. Dog Rescue Newcastle www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Your support allows us to continue saving other dogs like Milly.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID to prove you live there.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
