About Ollie the Cow~Dog (On Trial 26/12/12)
Ollie is a 7 month old, male, Bull Arab x pup and a delight to be around. He has beautiful markings like a cow! He won't grow much more in height and will likely be a slender build, medium size dog. He is extremely affectionate and calm by nature and simply loves being close to you. He is learning basic commands: sit, come etc. But, like any puppy, he would benefit from continued training at puppy/dog training classes.
Ollie is gentle with all children and is learning not to jump up on them. Mostly he just loves the big cuddles my children give him.
We haven't seen any aggressive in him at all. He loves to play tug of war, chasing games and likes to have a big bone to chew. Ollie has a massive bark, though he rarely uses it.
Ollie can be very timid with dogs he is unfamiliar with and shows this by hiding behind you for protection. He is however fine when he gets to know them and has lots of fun with the our current foster dogs and our past dogs.
Ollie is dreaming of a loving home where he will be gets affection and attention and be included in family activities. If Ollie sounds like the perfect dog for your family please don't hesitate, just call me. I'm happy to answer all your questions.
Cassie on 02-4966-1669 or 0428 595 916 or email c3027218@uon.edu.au . Ollie is in foster care near Maitland, NSW (20 minutes northeast of Newcastle).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID to prove you live there.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
