About Lucy (On trial 17/11/12)
Lucy went on trial 17/11/12.
Lucy is a 14mth old Dalmation x. She is small for breed. She is a sweet gentle girl with a soft easy temperment. She loves to play with the 6 dogs she is living with. She loves to be stratched on the tummy. It makes her give a big doggy smile. She is great with free ranging chickens.
Lucy loves other dogs and people. Her happy time is snuggled up on the lounge enjoying a cuddle and watching tv. Lucy loves a lay in the sun. She is the sort of dog you could take to the park and would play with any dog that came up to her. Lucy is a joy to have around, she is a quiet happy girl. She does not bark. She would make for a great companion.
She is a low maintenance girl, she is so easy going. She would suit a variety of families from people on there own looking for a companion to a young family with small kids. Lucy is a very sweet girl who is just a joy to have around.
Dog Rescue Newcastle www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Our adoption fee ($400) covers the dog's desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. . . . Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID to prove you live there.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
