About Pixie On Adoption Trial.
Pixie will tick every box for someone looking for a little dog to share their life with. She is absolutely adorable and extremely smart for one so young.
Pixie arrived at the pound as a stray along with her sister. They were not microchipped so after 7 days they came into care. Her sister was here for a week before going to another rescue group and this worked out perfectly as it was nicer to let them gain confidence before being separated.
Pixie is paper trained and this only took two days she is a very fast learner. She had no issues with the other dogs here and has become best friends with another young Chihuahua who shares her home. Pixie is also crate trained and for a baby she is not at all destructive.
Pixie is only 2.2kg and will not grow any bigger and is a tiny girl. She will need to go to an inside home only and another small dog for company would be ideal.
This breed has a very long lifespan so be prepared to commit to her for 16 years or more.
Pixie is a very easy dog to have in care. She never complains and is not at all yappy. She has a beautiful way about her that is hard to resist and loves her snuggles.
Pixie is not suitable for a home with small children or dogs over 5kg due to her small stature. Someone experienced with the breed would be great but not essential.
Pixie is not available for interstate adoption.
Pixie is located in the Sydney area around twenty minutes from Liverpool.
