About Cruze (On Trial 10/11/12)-with Diesel
Cruze is a German Shepherd x Kelpie x Cattle Dog puppy. He is 4 1/2 months old and is a confident and intelligent boy. If there is fun to be had, he's the first one to lead the way. Cruze is used to walking on the lead. He is healthy, active and loves to play in the yard. He has been well socialised with other dogs including bigger, older dogs. He loves to be around people and to be included in what the human family are doing.
Cruze and his brother Yogi Bear (also available http://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/201369) were born on 30/5/12 and have been hand raised from 3 days old. We can't be positive of their mix of breeds, but can only judge based on their appearance and temperaments. We think they'll grow up to be medium sized dogs. We always recommend puppy training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. These pups are full of potential and ready to begin their lives in caring homes. . .
Dog Rescue Newcastle www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Cruze's $450 adoption fee covers his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. Your support allows us to continue saving other abandoned dogs like Yogi Bear and Cruze.
Yogi Bear and Cruze are in foster care in Glendale, NSW (north Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle) and are available for adoption interstate. For more information or to meet them please phone foster carer Leanne on 02-4954-0557, sorry no email.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID to prove you live there.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
