About Molly Pop
Molly is a happy, chubby, friendly girl.
She is affectionate, keen to please and great with kids.
She loves to play and is good with cats.
Molly is an ideal family dog, (best for older kids as her wiggle bum may knock littlies over).
She sleeps happily inside through the night.
She is toilet trained and is well mannered.
She walks well on lead with the aid of a halti or check chain.
Molly loves a game of fetch and will chase until she flops down exhausted!
She travels well in the car.
Molly has spent a month with a professional trainer and comes with a free session to help settle her into your household.
Molly is an energetic girl and needs a daily walk and mental stimulation. She would love to go to obedience school and is highly intelligent.
She would do well in a home where she is an only dog and her humans can spend time with her. She wont do well in a home where she is left alone while her humans work full time.
She needs a calm but assertive human who is happy to have a canine shadow.
She is currently babysitting some puppies and living happily with a male dog.
Recently we took Molly to the Royal Melbourne show as a rescue ambassador dog. She spent a whole day being patted and fussed over and loved it. She had her belly rubed by hundreds of people!
Molly is absolutely gorgeous. She is one of my all time favourite dogs and a very special girl

Adoption details
Once the animal is advertised candidates for adoption are requested to fill in a form.
The adoption questionnaire form asks where the animal will sleep, details of people and other animals in the home, training and exercise plans etc. We use this form as part of our screening process.
If we like what we read and the animal’s individual needs are met we then conduct an informal phone interview.
Then the potential adopter meets the animal at the carers home or the carer may choose to take the animal to the adopter’s home to do a house and yard inspection.
If the adopter meets the animal at the carer’s home a house/yard inspection is done after the meet.
When the yard inspection is done we are able to further evaluate the suitability of the candidate to adopt.
If we are satisfied that the animals needs will be met by the adopter and that they are a good match for one another then a trial period may begin.
We have legally binding pre-adoption forms which allow us to remove the animal from the home if all other solutions to issues have failed.
We have a good support base which adopters can utilise if needed, such as a professional trainer, a behaviourist, vets and a groomer.
Homeless Hounds offers support to our adopters for the life of the animal. It is policy that each adopter is aware that if the ever need help or to rehome the animal then HH wants to facilitate that.
Our procedures are based on advice from "model" and well established rescue groups and trial and error.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
