About Vicky
** Vicky is trialling her new home **
Vicky is a delightful young girl with a gorgeous nature who gets along well with people and dogs. She is still a (big) puppy who gets very excited about everything but she is learning and she will calm down when you ask her to. She can walk on a lead now and has mastered toilet training. She is very eager to please and will learn everything quickly, just to please you.
Vicky LOVES to run and play with other dogs, but can be a little bossy when it comes to getting attention. She gets very excited when she sees another dog, and will run off to say hi but she always comes back. She is not so interested in chasing a ball but loves to round up the other dogs, barking and jumping, which is fine with the bigger dogs but smaller dogs find it a bit intimidating, even though it’s all in good fun. She has no real interest in the ball or other toys.
Vicky loves to meet new people and is lovely with children too. She would love to live with a family with older children so they can play and walk and run together. She would be happy to live with another dog too if possible (she loves her doggy foster sister). \ But if you don’t have another dog, that’s ok too, as long as you have plenty of time to play and walk and cuddle with her. And we really mean plenty of time to walk - she is a bundle of energy so needs at least one good long walk/run each day but more than one would be better.
Everyone who meets her is completely smitten and impressed with her temperament. Vicky will settle down in her new home quite quickly.
