About Ralphie
Ralphie and his sister were brought to HappyPaws Haven as they were the last of a litter and the breeder could not look after them anymore. Ruby found a home very quickly but as Ralphie needed addition vet treatment we have waited until he was fully recovered before trying to find him a home. He is a beautiful dog but when fully grown will not be a big as a cattle dog so has a smaller breed in his mix. He can be a little shy when you first meet him but it does not take long before he follows the other puppies to gain your attention. He has a lovely personality and gets on with other dogs. He is great with kids and people once he gets to know you.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
