Introducing the fantastic Jet Li! He is a playful, friendly 7 week old Jack Russell x Maltese. He loves to play with kids, other dogs and cats. He loves cuddles and to follow you around everywhere. Jet Li is an active young boy. He needs basic training, but he will be easy to train as he is intelligent and willing to please you. He is a delightful, playful companion, who loves company. Jet Li loves exploring the yard and is learning to play with toys. He is definitely an indoor dog who craves affection and needs attention. This little one needs a family who has the time and energy to devote to him.

Jet Li has a thick, long coat. He enjoys a bath, which will need to be done about every 3 weeks to keep it in nice condition.

As Jet Li is a small dog he will need to sleep inside, where he can be with you and be included in your life. While in foster care Jet Li is sleeping in a crate with his brothers Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan (also available) This is helping with their toilet training. Jet Li needs a very secure yard to keep him in as he is only little and won't grow big so there is a chance he would squeeze out and go for an adventure if he had the chance. He will need walking every day so that he burns off his puppy energy and doesn't develop bad habits. Puppy or dog obedience classes are recommended to ensure Jet Li develops into a well rounded member of your family. *** Jet Li will only be allowed to be adopted into a home where there is another dog in the family as he is too young to be left home alone.

Jet Li will not be ready for adoption for at least another 4 weeks until he is desexed.(booked for the 23/10/12). Bruce Lee, Jet Li, and Jackie Chan are in foster care in the Port Stephens area. Dog Rescue Newcastle www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Jet Li's $500 adoption fee covers his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration.
