About Susie *On Trial in Her New Home*
*SUSIE IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME* We are surprised that this lovely little snuggle-bunny’s owners didn’t come forward to claim her after she was found wandering the streets of Mildura, so we’ve named her “Susie” and now we’re looking for a caring forever home for her; will it be with you?
Susie is a little sweetie who loves everyone. She’s settled in well into foster care where she enjoys playing with her carers own little dogs and she’s also terrific with the household cats. She has met a couple of children and appears to be fine just a little nervous around boisterous little ones so would be best suited to a home with older children as she is so tiny. Sweet Susie hasn’t had a lot of training so her carer is working on that – lucky Susie loves treats and food as that’s helping her to learn “sit”. She walks well on a lead and enjoys getting out and about. She isn’t overly yappy or in your face. Susie appears to be toilet trained having only had a couple of accidents since arriving in care. \ She sleeps inside at night in her bed in her crate and she loves snuggles in her carers big bed with everyone in the morning. Susie feels the cold so likes to climb under the covers to stay warm, she also enjoys cuddling up to you on the couch while you watch television.

As Susie is used to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle we’d like to see this continued in her new home with either a doggie companion to hang out with or on her own so long as she’s not left alone for long periods of time while she settles into her new home. Daily walks or runs around the backyard, secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on and toys to play with make gorgeous Susie very happy indeed!
