Monte

Monte is a magical dog. He is very pleasant to be around. Monte is perfectly safe with small and bigger friendly dogs and cats. He is not an escape artist. Monte has been with a family with teenage children. He has met new people and loves to show them how clever he is. Monte walks beside you on your hip touching you lightly. He likes to have his ears fondled as you do this. He also likes to play with toys and blocks of wood, chew large bones etc.
Monte knows sit and a tap on his chest above either leg with the command paw he will lift to shake hands. He gets so enthusiastic he sometimes offers you both paws. He knows drop and roll over and will lay accepting as many belly rubs as you can offer him.
Montes only fault is he likes to bring in the the washing on the line. If you do not leave it out overnight or he sleeps in a different area this should not be an issue. Monte is also not keen on the lead. He thinks it is a punishment but with more practice I believe he will master this as well.
