About Bowie (On Trial 20/11/12)
Do you have children? You know... Little ones?.... Somewhere between babies and 10? I only ask because my name is Bowie and I am a 3 year old Fox Terrier x Jack Russell, and these are my favourite type of people! I also love Mums and Dads but I enjoy kids the most!
My favourite thing to do is be your companion. I like to be with you all the time, to see what you're doing, observe you, walk with you and maybe just maybe you might feed me, I do love treats and food!
I walk well on the lead and get very excited when I see my lead. There are lots of adventures for us to share in the big wide world.
I am house trained and sleep inside at night, if you let me I will share the bed with one of my favourite people... Remember those little people aged from baby to 10? One of those would be ideal for me! I thrive best in a family environment with children, where there is lots to see, I sleep with the little boy where I am now.
I am a little over weight at the moment, and I am on a diet to help me lose weight and regular exercise. I need a home where I will be a treasured part of the family, and get to go lots of places with you, when I am at home alone I curl up and go to sleep.
I don't bark a lot, I'm not a fussy eater and I make a great companion, especially for children!
I'm only 3 years old, so have a very long life that I can't wait to dedicate to a loving family! So please stop hesitating and call my foster Mum! I await eagerly to meet you!

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID to prove you live there.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
