About Chris
Chris, a slinky siamese cross:i was dumped on the door step of happypaws haven early one morning, my owner didnt know what to do as she could not have me anymore. She was very sick and on her way into hospital and had heard about happypaws haven. She put me in a box and left me by the door with a note and hoped that i would be accepted and be ok. I am very smoochy and affectionate like a number of my friends. I have now been de-sexed, immunised and micro-chipped and am ready to start my new life with a lovely family
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
