Kitri

*kitri is trialling her new home*looking for a best buddy to keep fit with? kitri is a young girl who loves to run and spend action time with you. She loves to be on the playing field with the ball and knows how to return the ball to you grinning all the while. She'll lavish affection on you, your friends and family. Her cute face and friendly nature makes her a favourite with people of all ages. At her host family she has been exposed to lots of young kids and toddlers, and has been gentle with them all. If you want to make new friends on your walks she will make sure she introduces them to you! her perpetually wagging tail makes friends even with the dog wary. As a young girl she still has her training wheels on. During her walks she is learning what a footpath is (after all, she was a country gal) but has rapidly learnt how to 'wait' at the curb. She is smart and her willingness to learn means that she will blossom with training. During just a few days at her host family she learnt how to 'sit' before eating and going out, and how to 'find' the host families other dog. Within hours she learnt how to use the indoor pet loo and has been inside during work hours without any accidents. She is so smart that she will pick up her lead in the morning and tell you she wants to go out. She does require some more training however to help her know how to behave around strange dogs and other unfamiliar things. She wouldn't be suitable in a house with cats or other small animals unless you had time to train her as she has a strong working drive. But with a bit of patience she will be a brilliant dog who'll be able to follow lots of vocal commands. At the moment she is living in a small house in the city and has proved to be an ideal companion even in a small space. She is quiet and doesn't bark much. With just a chew and a stuffed toy she is content to spend her day away from you lounging on the sofa. Her short coat is also low shedding and she doesn't mind a bath (too much!). Ideally kitri is looking for a family who are sporty and active, who will enjoy taking her out on runs and throwing the ball. You will be rewarded by a loving happy pup that greets you at the door and who will never let you get out of shape
