Louis

Update: 21/2/08 louis has been formally adopted and he is so happy about it. Louis is an absolute delight to have around. He is one self-sufficient little boy who mixes well with other dogs, can run up and down steps, find his way around the house and garden and loves a run. And why is this remarkable? because louis is blind and has probably been so for a long time. But he does not need any help to get around. He is as agile as any of his sighted mates. He is a quick learner and a happy boy, his little tail never stops wagging. He walks well on a lead, is house-trained and would suit apartment living. Louis will love his owner as much as any dog for, as he says, "although i cannot see you with my eyes, i see you with my heart. " louis needs the regular grooming (clipping approx every 6 weeks) that all poodles need. He would be best in an understanding adult home. Louis is of course, an indoor dog and is desexed, vaccinated, wormed, chipped and heartworm tested. If you choose to make a life-time friend of louis, you will be getting a real gem.
