On Hold
About Yummi Bear On Hold
Yummi and her siblings came into foster care after being dumped at the pound at around 3 weeks of age. Days later their mum (maggie) was found by council rangers abandoned in a house the tenants had left. Maggie and her babies have now been reunited in care. Yummi is the bigger of the two girls. She is a bit of a rowdy little girl - all fluff and cheek! yummi likes to get in amongst it and have a go at playtime. She is super friendly, outgoing and confident. Yummi also loves her cuddles and a belly rub. While yummi is still a baby, she can't be left alone in the yard to fend for herself and, being such a little munchkin that will only be small as an adult, yummi would do best as a predominantly indoor pet with free access to the yard. Also, all this litter have a lot of fur, therefore they will require daily grooming and a regular bath. Professional grooming is recommended about every 4-6 weeks. They will need particular attention to the eyes, ears and face, as well as the bottom. It is best to clip the fur around this region and keep it clipped. These little munchkins also need to be kept on a good, balanced diet - including raw bones, raw meat and some veggies as well as quality dry kibble to keep their teeth clean and healthy. If you're not prepared for this level of care for these very special little mites, then these aren't the puppies for you. Yummi would be best suited to a home preferably with no young children/toddlers in the household. Older children,"empty nesters" or the like would be ideal - if you enjoy spending time to fuss over, primp, preen , then you will, in return, have the most loving, loyal, happy and healthy little entertainer you could ever wish for. Yummi and her siblings won't be available to go to their forever homes until around 8 weeks of age but, of course, if you feel you can provide the right home for yummi, please feel free to contact to discuss having her placed on hold for you
