About Tricky (On Trial 19/12/12)
Tricky is a 3 year old male Jack Russell x who loves a cuddle and a play in the yard. He is good with children and loves adults. He is terrific with other dogs and enjoys playing with his foster friends. He is a very friendly loving dog, always wants a cuddle.
Tricky always follows you around and sits with you where ever you are. He can do sit, sometimes comes when you call. He loves dog treats and plays with thrown soft toys and plays tug games with our dog. He plays nicely with my small dog and sometimes plays chases with him just for the fun. He can be a bit shy when meeting new dogs then soon starts playing with them.
When Tricky came to us, he was vomiting when we took him in the car for the first 2 days but he hasn't done this ever since. I think it may have been from being fed cheap dog food, so I recommend making home food for him as he has a sensitive stomach. He loves homemade food and dog mince from the butcher mixed with oats and milk or noodles. Or you could try mixing it with different brands of premium quality dog food from the pet shop.
Tricky needs to be allowed inside when people are home and have a daily walk. Tricky would be a wonderful addition of any family and bring lots of love and joy to his forever home.
Tricky is in foster care in Charlestown, NSW (south of Newcastle). For more information or to meet him please phone Michaela on 0466-995-925.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
