Gizmo

Gizmo is the cutest boy on the planet, just look at that face! When PAWS rescued Gizmo from the Pound he went to the vet for the usual checks and surgery and he was horrified when he saw the condition of Gizmo's ears. They were severely infected and he thinks have been that way for quite a long time. When dogs like Gizmo have chronic ear infections the ear canals become inflamed and swell up causing the ear canal to virtually close over so it is extremely difficult to administer medication making the infection difficult to clear. The vet thinks that Gizmo will benefit from an ear ablation to open up the ear canals thereby reducing the likelihood of further ear infections so we have decided to go ahead with the surgery to ensure that Gizmo has a life free of constant pain.
