Bear

This sweetheart found himself at the local shelter in a very bad way. The poor boy was skin and bones, only weighing in at 13kg!!!
The amazing team at the shelter put him straight into foster care to fatten him up and give him some much needed love and attention.
Now that he is fit and well, he has come to us to continue to find his new family.

Bear is a sweet fun loving, boy who just wants cuddles and love. He is a fast learner, and is very eager to please, making him a dream dog for anyone with enough time to spend with him.

He would do best in a home with no other pets.

If you wish to adopt bear, the standard adoption process applies:
* applicant is to submit an application form for review by geelong animal rescue (gar) along with any questions you may have.
* GAR makes an assessment and invites successful applicants to continue with the process, and unsuccessful applicants with a reason why they are not suitable for this particular animal.
* a meet and greet is organised at a convenient time for both foster carer and potential new owners.
* if suitable, an adoption agreement will be signed and date of pick up is arranged.
* payment of adoption fee is to be made either prior to collection, or on the day of collection. The adoption fee must be paid in cash or direct debit prior to collection can be arranged.
* the new owner has a 4 week trial period where they can return the animal if they are found to be an unsuitable match. A 100% refund will be offered in the first week, while a 50% refund will apply for the following three weeks
