Benji

Benji has been in care for some time.
We rescued from the pound after he had done his time.

The poor baby was so thin he actually collapsed in the pound and when we came in we all thought his time was up. He was limp and cold and his gums were blue. We took him to the vet where they put him on a drip and he was back 2 days later and hasn't looked back.

He is full of life. He loves his food and is almost to the point of being overweight.

He is very happy and playful and quite vocal when he is playing which sometimes gives the wrong message to other dogs.

He loves his crate although finds it difficult to make it through the night.

He loves the car and loves his walks.

He is not a fence jumper and rarely barks.

We tested with cats and there wasn't a problem. He is probably a bit boisterous for young kids but he would be a fantastic family dog.

He is great with other dogs.
