About Harrison * Adopted *
Harrison was rescued from a victorian pound as his time was just about up. He was placed into foster care and straight away he settled in and made himself at home. He is a very smoochy cat, will often jump up on the couch with you for pats. He loves his cuddles and loves to sleeping on the end of your bed. He was in foster care with with 2 other cats, a dog and 2 ferrets. He got on great with them all. If you wish to adopt harrison, the standard adoption process applies:
* applicant is to submit an application form for review by geelong animal rescue (gar) along with any questions you may have. * gar makes an assessment and invites successful applicants to continue with the process, and unsuccessful applicants with a reason why they are not suitable for this particular animal. * a meet and greet is organised at a convenient time for both foster carer and potential new owners. * if suitable, an adoption agreement will be signed and date of pick up is arranged. Cat carrier must be used to transport your new cat/kitten. * payment of adoption fee is to be made either prior to collection, or on the day of collection. The adoption fee must be paid in cash or direct debit prior to collection can be arranged. * the new owner has a 4 week trial period where they can return the animal if they are found to be an unsuitable match. A 100% refund will be offered in the first week, while a 50% refund will apply for the following three weeks
