Lizzie

Poor lizzie came into care so badly matted that she had to be completely shaved off, right in the middle of winter. She had always lived outdoors and could barely see due to the big balls of matted hair under her eyes. Lizzie has had a very sheltered life in a backyard with minimal exposure to other dogs and has obviously never been walked on a lead. She is initially shy of strangers (not in an aggressive way) but warms up after a little while. She is always happy to see children however. Lizzie is being house-trained in her new foster home and must go to a home where she is allowed to be live indoors and be the lapdog she was meant to be. Lizzie's new home will need to be very special and prepared to help her learn all about how life should be
