About Cougar
GREAT NEWS COUGAR HAS GONE TO HER NEW HOME... LUCKY NEW OWNER SHE IS ONE SPECIAL LITTLE GIRL.
Hi my name is Cougar and i'm 6 years old. I turn 7 on the 1st oct. Jan & Linda say it's a strange name for a pretty little girl but if it's changed it needs to sound the same. Anyone got any idea's? I'm a lovely gentle little girl and very quiet. Fantastic on the lead Iwill also stay close by when I am off it and when you stop I will stop. All the volunteers say they would take me home tomorrow if they didn't already have too many dogs. Jan says I'm a precious little soul and everyone loves me very much, she also said if all their rescue dogs were like me it would make it sooo easy to re-home them. My photo's don't do me justice and I'm so sweet I should be called Sugar which is what Jan calls me. She wants to take me home but already has 4 dogs. Auntie Sue also wants to take me home but again she has dogs... bit sad as I would love to go home with either of them.
I would make an older person the perfect dog as I'm so calm and gentle.
I'm a tiger brindle but it doesn't really show on my photo's. I love my cuddles and can't wait to find a loving forever home. If you think you could give me one could you please go to www. staffordrescuevictoria.org.au - Fill out an adoption request form, then phone Jan on 0408 515 111 after she has had time to read it. There are some notes below on my assessment from where i was staying. Health: seems to be in good health personality: energetic and vibrant, obedient. Gentle girl lead training: pulls a little but is a staffy formal training: she comes and sits other dogs: she was trying to play with a larger male dog and showed no sign of aggression toy/child test: loved playing with the squeaky toy startle test: she didn’t startle food: took treats very gently. Could be patted while eating treat and could take treat away with no problem overall opinion: she is a lovely little girl that is full of energy and is gentle. She likes to talk when she is happy
