About Wink
Wink is the brother of willow. They're both very cute little monkeys. Wink and his sister are shy and submissive types that would not cope well in a rambunctious or rowdy environment so they would be best homed in a quieter, calmer household consisting of singles or couples without toddlers or young children. We had a litter in care about a year ago who were extremely similar in nature and appearance to wink and willow and, whilst that litter have come out of their shells, they're homebodies at heart and feel most confident when in their familiar surroundings with their family. . . Where they then revert to being the house clowns! being the sensitive type, wink is not overly mischievous and quite easily trained in basic commands as he'll be keen not to put a foot wrong. Wink would be suitable as the only furkid or housed with another dog who is friendly, calm and gentle but who still likes a play with a younger pup, so as to help build his confidence. Wink would also benefit from regular socialisation out in the big, wide world where he will soon become accustomed to all the wonderful things it can offer. He won't be a large dog when mature, the similar litter we had in care have grown to the height of a small kelpie but with a lighter frame, and he'll have a longer, feathery coat that will need a regular brush through. Wink has the typical needs of any puppy like nutritious food, shelter from the elements, a well-fenced secure yard and, of course, some daily exercise, training and attention from his humans. While he is still a baby, wink can't be left alone in the yard to fend for himself and should be allowed indoors to interact and bond with his family. Wink would do best in a home that allows him free access to indoors and out
