You’ll never guess why this guy is called shorty…. Ok, so might have to do with the fact that he’s part corgi, possibly part kelpie

shorty is a friendly man but is very strong willed on the lead and will need training to correct this behavior by whoever adopts him. He’s a bit goofy looking in a cute way, and has facial expressions that make the volunteers literally lol’ing!
