Sasha (On Trial)

Sasha is an 8 month old kelpie x staffy. She is a young and energetic little soul. She lives for pats and attention and wags her tail so fast it almost disappears! she is extremely friendly and has a healthy appetite and is such a happy little dog who just enjoys being with people and dogs. She has also been fine with our cat (although our cat doesn't like her)! sasha is only small, with the body shape of a staffy, although slightly smaller. A few things about sasha (or snasha as my 4 year old calls her). Because sasha is young, she likes to chew and explore, but with age, training and other doggy companions around she will settle down a bit. We keep a big tub with recycling in the garage where she sleeps and she fetches all the bottles etc out of it and puts them in her bed with her each night! she's also fond of taking the clothes off the line - all typical puppy antics and manageable of course. Sasha is a fit and active dog so perhaps she would be better for older children. We highly recommend dog training classes for all dogs, especially young ones. We are teaching sasha to come, sit and stay. We are trying (unsuccessfully so far) to get her to play fetch! being such a young dog, she is constantly full of beans and would definitely need to go to a home where she would have regular exercise and preferably a constant doggy companion as she loves running around with other dogs.
