Monty

Maltese x male small 5 years old. This cool little guy is monty, he has recently been rescued from the albury pound. He is a very friendly and happy little dog, and his foster carer describes him as a little character with a great sense of humour. Monty loves his people and will follow you wherever you go. He is also quite friendly and playful with other dogs, and likes to play "chasey" with them. Monty is housetrained, and has been living indoors with his foster carer, so he will need to go to a new home where he can be a mainly inside dog, and spend time with his family. Monty is now accustomed to going on regular walks and he loves this time of day!monty's new owners will need to keep in mind that he will require regular grooming, as his coat is quite thick and prone to matting. Monty would be a suitable pet in most homes, he would be fine as an only dog, or as a friend for an existing dog. As long as he gets the attention he deserves. Monty would also make a great little lap dog. Note: monty has had some treatment on his nose, however our vet has now recommended that his new owners will just need to put zinc cream on his nose when he is out in the sun, to prevent any skin cancers from developing in the future
