Rita

Rita and her sister, zeeta, were rescued from the pound. They were originally found as strays, however were left unclaimed and unadopted till we picked them up. They will need to find a home together, as they are very close to one another. These girls have obviously been someone's pets, as they are friendly and well socialised chooks. Their profile photos are rather shocking, as they look scary and vulture-like in them, however in real life they are very beautiful. Photos were taken upon arrival, before the girls had settled in. Rita does have missing feathers and has seen better days, while zeeta is missing an eye. They have been treated with ivermec and are not affected by their condition, and are otherwise in good health.
