About Snoopy (On Trial 19/10/12)
Snoopy is a 5yo corgi x terrier. This little boy is surely the perfect friend for anyone, with his sweet and gentle temperament. He is the best companion and craves human interaction. Snoopy would love nothing more than to be a part of a loving family. He has been out with us on family days and is always very happy meeting all the new faces that greet him. He is house trained and rides well on car rides.
He is great with children, he does not jump on my 1 year old daughter and does not snatch food out of her hand.
Snoopy gets along well with other dogs although, he has no intention of playing ball with them, he just likes to run around as fast as he can darting in and out, as if playing a game of 'tips' with them. He has not displayed any sort of aggression toward my cat.
Snoopy would benefit from a walk each day, he walks on the lead well. He can almost beg and is a bit rusty with 'sit', but is getting better with time.
He is outside of a day and is back inside when he pleases. He is inside of a night time, he enjoys snuggles on the lounge with you lapping up all the pats and belly rubs he can get, his way of wanting more is to nudge your hand. If he isn't with you he prefers to sleep on the lounge on his own, or in his bed. Snoopys sleeping position is very unique, on his back with his tongue hanging out! he also likes to sleep at the foot of the bed if you allow him to. Snoopy would need a secure yard because he does like to dig at times. He is seeking a loving home where he can be inside and part of the family.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID to prove you live there.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
