Stroker (On Trial)

Stroker is a 9 yo jack russell terrier, special senior's adoption fee $200. He’s very quiet and doesn’t bark and just likes to sit on your knee. He’s very sweet natured and is fine with my own small dog. He is an inside dog and loves to cuddle up with us and keep us company. He has a very soft coat which makes you want to hold him and hug him close. . . He could possibly have been taken for a walk in the mornings as he seems to head for the front door when we get out of bed. He has a tendancy to try to find his way out of the yard if left home alone so he's best left inside when you go out. . . Stroker found himself in the pound at the age of 9, just when he should have been enjoying a comfortable retirement. We don't know what sort of life he had before we rescued him but we're sure that his best years are yet to come. Small dogs like stroker typically live to around 15 so he still has a great deal of life to live and cuddles to give. He'd be a perfect little friend for anyone who wants an easy, undemanding companion. . . Dog rescue newcastle www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation.
