Luke

Luke is totally delightful. His owner went into a nursing home and luke was left overnight tied to the fence in the cold. He was taken to a local vet to be euthanased and they contacted friends of the pound and we took him. Thank goodness. He is just so beautiful. His fur was matted and he needed dental work but other than that he is in very good health. He was clipped and had 8 teeth removed and the remaining ones cleaned. Still has enough to enjoy a chicken wing or small bone. He is the best little dog. Loves his walks, is confident and happy. Loves exploring the house and garden or sitting on your lap. Great in the car, not a barker. Luke is house trained and not a fussy eater. Our vet said he could well have another 5 good years. My last terrier lived to 20 so who knows. This boy touches the hearts of all who meet him. Good with cats, other dogs, kids - everyone
