Summer - On Trial in Her New Home!

Summer is gorgeous (what we suspect) shih-tzu cross girl! she was surrendered to the pound due to no fault of her own and is looking for a new family to love and spoil her dearly. Summer is such a happy little dog who is always smiling and who just adores being around people. I am fortunate enough to take her to work with me during the day and i think she would prefer a family who is never far for long periods of time. Summer spends the majority of her time indoors at my house and we haven't had an accident yet - i would say she is completely house trained. She sits for her meals and will happily spend time outdoors to do her business but she prefers to be wherever you are!

summer is cat-friendly, she is a bit unsure of my lot so tends to steer clear of them. She's a bit of a lap dog who would happily lay next to you on the couch but i have also taught her where her bed (next to the couch) is as well. She sleeps in my room on her bed and is extremely well behaved throughout the night but i can tell she is just dying to get in with me!

summer loves tummy rubs and does this cute little thing where she lies on her back and starts begging. She is good in the car, enjoys walking and may also benefit from the use of a harness as her lead skills aren't fantastic. She is very well behaved off lead and will come when called. Summer is such a friendly girl and all she wants in life is to be adored. She much prefers human rather than animal companionship.
