Maya **Adoption in Progress**

Beautiful little maya has recently been rescued from the albury pound. It is hard to believe this little cutey ended up in the pound, as she looks to be well bred and was also in very good condition, but luckily for her she is going to get her second chance. Maya has great markings and very striking eyes, and she will mature into a very pretty girl. Maya is still a puppy, so she is waiting for a new home, where she will receive lots of love and attention. Socialisation in many different environments and with other dogs and people, and also obedience training to ensure she grows into a well behaved adult companion is essential. Maya is a working breed, and although she is living in town, due to her breed she will need to have plenty of exercise and stimulation, so she does not get bored and develop some habits, which are common of a bored dog. She is great in the car, really happy pup, has good recall when off lead and she hasn't had an accident inside at all. Maya is very playful with other dogs, and she is currently in a foster home with other puppies. She loves people, and likes to be where the action is. Maya really will suit most home environments, but here at awar we like to remind potential adoptee's that a cute puppy is a lifetime commitment and maya's family will need to plan for her to be in their lives for many great years to come.
