Violet * Adoption Pending*

Violet was so tiny when she arrived that she couldn’t maintain her body temperature on colder days & i feared she wouldn’t survive. I carried her around called up in the pocket of my dressing gown & took her to bed with me on cold nights. She’s still a tiny cat but i think this is in part because both she & vita have some oriental genes somewhere in their background: they both have fine slightly pointed skull & muzzle structure. Violet is a very affectionate cat & still climbs into bed with me for a while on cold nights. She will sit on my knee for long periods in the evening & also likes to cuddle up to quintana (her mother) or siblings when napping. She is a clever little cat who learns quickly & likes to explore & play new games. Until she & her sibs arrived, i had forgotten about the way kittens lie on your feet when they want attention! violet is not a pushy cat in the feeding stakes but neither is she a pushover & she makes sure she gets her share at feed time even if that means sidling in under the chins of much bigger cats.
