Patch (On Trial)

On trial in a new home 9/8. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au. . . Patch is an adorable 4 year old male black and white english staffy. He is a very loving dog who loves his cuddles and attention. He loves kids and adults and mixes well with other dogs as well as an 11 year old cat. . . . Patch knows basic commands but does have a tendency to pull on the lead as most staffys do. He knows the words sit, stop and gentle. He will take food out of your hand but with more encouragement (we are working towards it) is learning to do this more gently now. . . He is enjoying the luxury of being an indoor/outdoor dog at the moment. When indoors he settles very quickly as he loves to be around people. . . While outside he is a very busy dog who will suss out every inch of the yard. He doesn't appear to be a fence jumper and is quite content to be in his yard. Patch jumps up a little at the moment but we are working towards stopping this habit. . . He travels well in a vehicle and does not appear to be a barker. He was placed with 7 new dogs and didn't even bark once! ! !
