Abby (On Trial)

On trial in a new home 30/6/12. Please consider our other dogs and puppies at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au

abby is a 5 yo dachshund x jack russell. She loves back scratches and belly rubs. She's great with all other dogs and everyone she meets. She's not a barker. She has a great time playing with my young dog. They play with toys together and chase each other around. She doesn't bother cats. Abby loves her food and eats with gusto. . . Abby is very well housetrained, no accidents. She knows how to use a doggy door. She sleeps all night without any fuss or waking up. She sits on command and responds to her name. Abby needs a daily walk. She loves going to the park, running around playing. She does pull on the lead sometimes but with a little training she would learn to walk nicely. She would do well at dog training classes because she is very smart. . . Abby is young and active so we wouldn't recommend her for a frail elderly person or for anyone with very young children. Abby would love to have another young dog for a playmate. She needs a home where people don't all work full time, such as with someone who only works part time, or is retired, or a stay at home parent. Abby is a darling girl, very well behaved and no trouble at all, simply a delight to have around. . . Dog rescue newcastle www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com.
