Blacky

Blacky is a sweet and affectionate boy. He came in from a deceased estate and was only ever used to his elderly mum and her house. At first he finds everything a little bit too scary and will hide and tremble for the first 24-48 hours. However, once he realises you are not going ot hurt him and he becomes comfortable with his surroundings he races around like he owns the place. If he is taken out of his comfort zone he will hide and tremble, this includes in the car. He is fantastic with other dogs, cats and kittens, chooks and children, but can be a little jealous if he is on someone's lap and another dog comes up for a pat. He loves sleeping under the quilt at night and would suit either an elderly owner or a quiet house where he can be loved and spoilt and be an indoor/outdoor dog, he would not cope as an outdoor only dog. He does enjoy going for walks and walks well on loose lead, he is toilet trained and knows basic commands. Microchipping will be done at time of adoption.
