Jake

Jake is an adorable 6 month old bull arab cross. He is an absolute sweetie who just wants to be loved. He loves attention from people, and will take attention from anyone who is willing to give it. He is great with other dogs and is currently living with a 2 year old male kelpie x and a 20 month old female labrador and has had no issues. Jake loves to play with toys, people, other dogs and anything that looks interesting, like most puppies do. . . Jake is very smart and is learning the rules of his foster home very quickly. He knows how to sit and is now learning to associate the command with the action. He is also learning to sit for his food as well as the basic commands like down and stay. He does need some work on the lead and can be a bit jumpy when you get home but does settle down eventually. Jake will only bark when something startles him or he hears an unfamiliar sound but will stop almost on command. . . As jake loves attention, he will need an active family who will exercise him daily and who have another dog to teach him the ways of the world.
