Jordi *On Trial in His New Home*

*jordi is currently trialling his new home* meet jordi! this beautiful dog will make you fall in love all over again if you can just see past his greying muzzle and into his wonderful heart!

recently rescued from our local pound, where he’d ended up through no fault of his own, we’d dearly love to see jordi in a caring, loving home where he can relax and enjoy the rest of his doggie years. At 8 years young there’s plenty of life in him yet - he is in excellent health! jordi is loveable, happy and totally thrives on human contact and likes being spoilt. He still enjoys the occasional romp and play and is brilliant with children. Adorable jordi is good with other dogs although silly puppies that get in his face can be a bit annoying; and cats don’t bother him at all, he’d be quite happy sharing a home with one or two. Generously affectionate, this older chap still manages to bring joy to everyone who meets him. All the qualities that people so often look for in the ‘perfect’ dog can be found in jordi - he knows “sit” and is terrific on a lead, he doesn’t jump up on people or furniture unless he’s asked to. He travels well in a car and he’s not a “yapper” though will give a warning bark when there’s a reason to making him a good watchdog – there’s nothing wrong with his hearing! secure fencing, daily walks, bones to chew on (he’s got terrific teeth!) and lots of cuddles will make jordi very happy indeed!

as jordi is used to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle and sleeps inside we would want that to continue in his forever home, with either a friendly dog (or cat!) for company or on his own but only if he’s not left alone for long periods of time especially while he’s settling in.
