About Geoffrey -Desexed and Vaccinated
This gorgeous boy was picked up and taken to the pound by a ranger, along with three younger bunnies: sampson, delilah and dorothy. Geoffrey was in the best state out of the four rabbits. When arriving, geoffrey didn't seem to know much about life outside a cage. Instead of hopping around the playpen, he sat in the one spot, looking around and not scared, just not knowing what to do. After half an hour, he began to crawl around. After that, he found his legs and now bounces all over the place, exploring the different tunnels and heights. It's an amazing change, and now he knows how to play there will be no stopping him ;)geoffrey is a calm and relaxed boy, really not demanding much and very easy to handle despite his size (although still not reccomended for young kids). He comes over for pats now, is good with using the litter tray, eats his hay like a good boy. He is just so grateful for everything, and seems to be happy to leave his past behind. Initially geoffrey would sit rather blankly when you came over to give him pats, and then he started to greet us with a head wiggle. Now, he is letting all his emotions show, and is doing excited shows of affection when he sees us arriving to pay him attention. The change in this boy as he shows more and more of his personality has been a very heartwarming experience. He is just so special, and we'll only see him go to the best of homes. This boy would make a wonderful house/apartment bunny, where he can be close to his family and enjoy all the comforts spoilt bunnies should have. If you would like to bring geoffrey into your family, or have any enquiries, please fill in an adoption form at our website: www. Porschesrescue. Com
Medical notes
Vaccinated -please note that due to the release of calici virus, all bunnies adopted from us will be vaccinated. Desexing normally costs anywhere from $100-$360. Vaccinations are from $40-80 (costs differ between vet clinics). Therefore please don't try to haggle the price of the animal for adoption. If you can't afford the adoption fee, you certainly wont afford the ongoing costs associated with animals
