About Delilah -Desexed and Vaccinated
Delilah was found by rangers and taken to the pound, along with dorothy, sampson and geoffrey (also listed on our website). These bunnies have been at the shelter a while, as they arrived in a dreadful state. Terribly dirty, delilah also has an eye missing, and was extremely thin. She does not let her lack of an eye get in the way, and still pushes ahead during mealtimes and is a very easy going bunny. She is quiet and well behaved, easy to hold and gentle. Delilah has now spent many weeks at the shelter, and looks amazing compared to how she arrived. It's almost like looking at a different bunny. She's had a groom, and has the softest, plush coat. 95% of all the urine staining has gone, she has put on weight so her bones no longer stand out. All in all, we think she is finally ready for her new home!
if you'd like to adopt or meet delilah, please fill in an adoption form at our website: www. Porschesrescue. Com
delilah would love to go to a new home with sampson. Please note that she is a meat breed, and will grow big!
Medical notes
Vaccinated -please note that due to the release of calici virus, all bunnies adopted from us will be vaccinated. Desexing normally costs anywhere from $100-$360. Vaccinations are from $40-80 (costs differ between vet clinics). Therefore please don't try to haggle the price of the animal for adoption. If you can't afford the adoption fee, you certainly wont afford the ongoing costs associated with animals
