On Hold
About Turbine - On Hold
*** ON HOLD - I'm trying a new home! ***
Turbine and possum are two sisters. They were born after their pedigree mum, a ragdoll, was left at a pound pregnant, and had her kittens. Sadly when they were born it was obvious the kittens weren't purebred (some might call them solid ragdolls or domestics), so were going to be separated from mum despite being under a week old. Luckily one of our amazing friends heard of the situation. They have been lovingly raised in a family environment and are now looking for a new home together. These two kittens really compliment one another, and get along very well. Turbine is the super outgoing one, who is into everything and a confident leader. She's vocal and knows how to get what she wants (forget to pay her enough attention and she will remind you by patting your leg with her paw, looking up at you with big eyes and persistently meowing). She loves to the first one to greet you when you come home and is quite a purring machine. Possum is the laid back, gentle kitty, always on the look out for a warm lap to snuggle into. Both kittens will sleep with you on the bed given the chance, and love to cuddle up under your protection (and warmth!). Possum is quite happy getting carried around the place and is such a sooky girl. Definitely the type to watch tv with you and laze around. Like her mum, she has an amazingly different coat from most other cats, and it is so soft and silky you could keep patting her all day if you didn't have a life. These girls still have ragdoll personalities, with the typical floppiness, gentleness, playfulness and purriness. If you would like to organise a time to meet possum and turbine, or have any enquiries, please fill in an adoption form on our website: www. Porschesrescue. Complease note that we will only consider people who carry out responsible cat ownership, and that means keeping them indoors permanently (unless there is a cat run/enclosure in the garden). Cats are not native to australia, and it is as important for the wildlife's protection as it is for the safety of possum and turbine, who deserve a long and healthy life
