Mellow (aka Marshmallow)

My name is "marshmallow" - but you can call me "mellow" like my foster parents do. I'm a mature rottweiler/shepherd cross and i have been told on many occasions that i am beautiful. People often comment on my gorgeous colouring and sweet face.

i am looking for a caring comfortable new home where i can live out my twilight years and share all of my love.

i'm currently with a very loving foster family and live with charlie the shorthaired pointer.

my foster brother and i get on exceptionally well together. We have lots of fun romping around the garden and love a big tug-of-war game.

we go for lots of walks sometimes through the forest and sometimes to the beach which is always great fun. I'm very good at walking on-lead.

i enjoy going to off-leash dog areas and always bound back to my foster parents when they call "come".

i also sit on command. Even if i do say so myself i'm exceptionally good at sitting especially if there's my dinner or a treat in it for me.

i love being in the car and travel really well (much better than charlie).

i really enjoy my food too. I'm definitely not a fussy eater! i have great manners though never touching charlie's food. Even when my foster parents are eating dinner i never disturb them.

how exciting when charlie and i get marrow bones! i can be busy with a nice big bone for ages.

house-training is no problem for me either. All good in that department!

charlie and i are allowed to come indoors at night and i love to curl up on my bed in the lounge.

did i mention that i'm a big fan of a good lie down and plenty of sleep too?

i'm a loving laid-back loyal lady who can't wait to meet you.
