About Bones (aka Barney)
I'll most likely answer to bones - that's the name my foster mum gave me. I'm not a licky licky dog and hardly ever bark; but when i do my bark will suprise you. . It is so manly if i do say so myself! my foster mum trimed the hair on my paws & my nose due to the rain - i was doing slip 'n' slides on the tiles when i came running in! i'm house trained & love to sleep on the end of the bed but if you prefer i also sleep outside. My foster mum has a full grown cat & lots of kittens i love to play with all of them - we all get along just fine. Walks are great but i still pull a little hard as i'm still learning - i may bark at other dogs but only because i want to play! while i have been in foster i've had the company of another dog called kirra & my foster mum lets me play with "cindy" next door - we have a play date on the weekends.
i'd love to go to a new home with another dog/s.
i play well with the older kids over the road (14 years & 17 years) but they'll have to hold their biscuits up high if they don't want to share.
i also love to chase toys be patted cuddled and brushed. I sit on command and stay when told. Oh by the way did i mention that i travel very well in the car. My foster mum tells me i would make a great family member or a companion for someone looking for love.
if i sound like a dog that would fit into your home and lifestyle please please please contact the people at rspca so i can meet you! i'm visiting the rspca wacol shelter sunday the 17th of june why not drop by on this day & ask for me - perhaps you & i could be pals forever?
****please note i'm not usually at the shelter**** i'm usually staying with my foster family. Please contact adoptfromfoster@rspcaqld. Org. Au should you be interested in adopting me (or visit the rspca wacol shelter on sunday the 17th of june only).
